I thought that you might find this interesting, because it seems on the surface to support what David Wilcock posted, but it appears that this is in reference to an old news story from 2008, which I do not recall hearing about. There does seem to be a lot of recent blog posts within the patriot community relating to this. Perhaps this is where Wilcock got the concept from, but either way something does not feel right about the mess. Anyway, here is a video I had located about this:
