An Attempt/Experiment In Group/Distant Healing/Energy

James will take a name from email each week, and work with listeners to send energy to the person for their self-healing. Please think of this person this week, and visualize sending healing, love, energy.

This Week's Focus:

Hello James,
I was hopeful that you could do some healing for my Mom, Ruby (82) today. She was driven over while crossing the street outside her home and has been in hospital for three weeks. She is pretty badly broken up with a femur fracture, four broken ribs, a broken clavicle and a skull fracture. She has also had a few strokes that make it difficult to swallow and speak, therefore they have had to resort to feeding through an NG tube. They bored holes in her head to help releive internal pressure, but in the course of the procedure an air bubble has now formed in her brain. She needs the energy even to get to the point that she can start to swallow food again and regain the fuel she needs to start to recover.

Any helpful, healing energy sent her way would be most helpful.

Bring Back the Fairness Doctrine?

I have been on and off the radio since 1978 with my longest period on WFIT for almost ten years? I have been or satellite, am, fm, short wave radio stations. When I started we used the "Fairness Doctrine" and everyone feared the F.C.C. I was afraid and panicked when the Legal ID was not run at the exact time.

I believe in my heart we need to go back to it. Giffords shooting may be a result of the cavalier approach killing with blood and gore shooting people in video games, and calling each other names and using killing metaphors on talk radio and TV.

Even Elton John kinda said it today,

"In this country, we need more dialogue," he said during an interview Friday. "We don't need any more stone throwing. We don't need any more vitriol."

And even the tea party and members of House and Senate agree.

Now, how do we do it? It seems people will not do it on their own. Being nice is not a priority for many people. Its a lot more fun to people to call each other names. So, we bring back the "Fairness Doctrine" so people can not lie any more and be held accountable for their words.

Some say that will ruin talk radio; which I don't think it wont. Talk radio existed when fairness doctrine was around also. I did a talk show under it.

Now, Christian radio existed when the fairness doctrine was around. So the protests by pastors and big mega churches saying it will end Faith-Based Radio is not correct. The only reason why pastors don't want fairness doctrine back is because they will have to abide by it.

So the question is why don't we have the "Fairness Doctrine" now? Are we are used to lying and like it better or we don't want to tell the truth? You are an adult you make the decision.
